Do you even know by statistics na mas daghan ang inosente sa prisohan kumpara sa guilty in general because of TORTURE ?

TORTURE doesnt prove anything at all period .

There are a lot of deserving citizens should exercise their human rights. But in the case of criminals, they should be in the bottom line of the list. If you guys went to a school in the Philippines, y'all probably encountered a term called, "Good Manners and Right Conduct". If you're misbehaving in a class or whatever issues, you'll most likely get a low mark in GMRC and face consequences with extreme prejudice. A very basic principle of ACTIONS and CONSEQUENCES taught in that GMRC. Therefore, if that criminal in the video being tortured has a criminal history, then he deserved the inflicting pain he got from Binayug. Simple as that.

The video should be a warning shot to all snatchers, hold-uppers, and rapists in the Philippines now that our tourism gets a bad rep due to these shenanigans and got worst when Roland Mendoza showed-up and did his crazy thing. Hahayzzz...
