yeah speed walking or brisk walking ra sad akong makaya kay ambot ngano if mag jogging ko or work out, after mga 5 mins mo labad ug mau akong ulo.
nice ang speed walking kay walay pressure sa imo knees and feet joints kaayo. Pero IMO, mura man ka chiks tanawon. So jogging na lang ko. And mas daghan ka maburn na calories and dali pa ka musingot. Para lang nako...
same ra na sya ok.. if gamay ra ang tao jogging ka if daghan na speedwalking lng ka..
