naa moy advice on stretching? and what kind?

  5. #265
Dynamic stretches for warm up.. and Static stretching for cool down.. both play a vital role in Health.. Static stretching is NOT recommended for warm up.. Common mistake in the Philippines!

Would have been better if you researched about it....

Simply put it like this.. Dynamic stretching are stretches that are done in movements.. Example would be when you would be moving your arms in a circular motion.. another one would be Jumping jacks.. Basta movements nga magpa lessen sa muscle stiffness.. Static stretches are stretches katong igo ra nimo e hold ang position sa stretch where na ay tension.. Example.. Like when you try to reach for your toes.. There is no movement there... It's hard to explain.. but you get what i mean right?
