spend more time with your kids(if you have) or with your partner, take her out, make love with her, remember the things that made you fell in love with your partner right now or do anything that will help you to divert what you're thinking para dili ka maka huna-huna and will lead you to cheat na hinuon. this is not healthy for you especially if you're married and with kids.

i do happen to share the same thoughts as walker here... if it is true love, then go for it...
the more you try to avoid the situation bya the stronger will be the emotions between the two of you so ayaw nalang pugngi.... don't mind what others think of you coz in the end, it will always be just u and ur partner...
