Here are three secret ways to reverse a slipped disc!
1. Stretch your spine!
A slipped disc is normally caused when your spine is bent and twisted. But when you stretch your spine out, you suck the disc back into its normal position. A simple and effective way to do this is to lie flat right on your back and then get someone to pull on your legs.
