    Makalagot dugay kaayo ko makatulog this past few days.. mga 4 or 5am nah jud.. magcge raku higda sako bed unya magpiyong pero dili judko katulog huhu.. what to do man? see im still posting here in istorya coz I can't sleep.. ^_^

    maybe youre drinking too much coffee, coke or tea. logically they say, the best cure for insomnia is to get more sleep

    Drink milk before sleeping kay it helps

    basin naa ka huna2x problem sis... dapat imo iset imo surrounding na ready for sleep nka... a good shower will do... nya milk will help... nya relax lng... nya always see to it na same time sleep nka... just so mawala imo sleep problems.. for me basta stressed out ko... i take tylenol PM... its for night kay naa para sleep disorder pero mild ra ang dosage..

    yaw pgkaon dghan before ma tulong,,,usually pg busog di katulog mn.

    try costrisol control. that's for the stress hormone. Food supplement siya.
