Para sa mga wala pay insurance, try to get a policy before your late twenties para dili pa kaayo mahal ang premium

CAP is not a Life Insurance company, it is a pre-need company. The public must know what is the difference between and Pre_need Company versus a Life Insurance company!!! A lot of work to do to educate the masses.

I'm in the Financial Services industry as well. Media sometimes give wrong information, they usually equate Life Insurance as Pre-Need.

Default Complains about their Live Insurance Agents

For all of those who had bad experience with their Life insurance agents, please put your comments here so that our fellow Filipinos will not be victimize by these Agents.

Life Insurance are good, its just some agents who tarnish the reputation of Life Insurance Industry.

I think we all know that there are agents who :
Misrepresents - Giving false information just to have a sell. Like saying it is guarantee that client can
get the amount stated in the proposal of a Investment Link Product. Investment Link
Product does not give guarantee returns it depends on the market situation.
Rebate - Some called this discount, well if the agent will give you discount then expect their
services is also discounted. The Commission agent gets is for them to service you
(Insurance related not extra Service) until you need to claim or you want to withdraw
    your policy.
Hit and Run - After First Payment you can't see the agent. Always demand a Temporary Receipt, if
not pay in Checks (Pay to the Insurance Company) or go to their office with the agent
    and pay it yourself.

If you have experience any of the above please post the Agent name and Company

Naa koy experience na mura ilad jud tu na insurance company. I was in megamall sa manila few yrs back and naay stall nag invite naa daw price pero naa lang sila i-present nako ila product. So ni go ko coz i tot like simple product lang. Insurance diay tu. They have a big space sa taas sa megamall that they occupy pero dili klaro kaau. grabeh ila customer service kay mang hatag pa ug juice (lami ila juice hehehe). Pero what I didnt like is that hard selling sila sa ila insurance. They want to sign up right there and now and ang bayad is charge lang credit card. Even when i told them ill think about it di gyud sila mu give up. gi tabangan pa ko convice sa ila supervisor. naa pa ilad na style na ila daw swipe ako card just to check if ma approvan ko. ako gi klaro once ma swipe that means sugdan nako ug charge?? oo, daw pero to check if ma approvan pud ko. I told them im 100% approvan ko coz im a good payer sa ako card. na highblood na jud ko kay mamugos. ang worst pa jud coz they got this file gipa kita nako mga artista daw na nag kuha sa ila policy...hello?!! super turn off na noon ko wala sila privacy na policy? they just tell people this so and so ni kuha ug ani na insurance policy. Ni walk out ko oi wala nako gi kuha ang price kuno which is alarm clock ra. A super waste of my time nag 4-5 hours ko didto saying NO, NO, NO. mao na kung kamo naa sa megamall watch out mo ana. not sure naa pa ba sila and i didnt get the insurance company coz wa-il kaau basta ang tag-iya daw is pinoy taga iloilo daw. basta weird ila pama agi.
