IMHO: i think its not about being liberated or conservative but who's being able to identify "LOVE" from "LUST", USUALLY when a woman is conservative EITHER she's not that much experienced on relationships or they have a lot of limitations when they're in a relationship. nowadays, people are getting much more liberated.

Not really liberated but rather liberal--someone lenient--generous and permissive. Someone unprejudiced.
