When it comes to a LAW, torturing is already a criminal act, even the suspect's already in the custody from the police, still they have no rights to go beyond such kind of criminal act,the police must show good example by not acting like a criminal, ila pa jud gipatay pag human sa torture, samot na ang kaso nila.

Hmmm... I thought once you're a prisoner you'll lose all your rights? I like snatchers/holduppers being tortured though. Publicly!

The police use torture to get "suspected" criminals to confess the crime they committed. But what if nasayop ug dakop ang nga police or na "a-an" lng ang gidakop? Of course nobody will confess a crime that he did not comit.
