Mayor's daughter-in-law sues radioman for libel

Cheryl, daughter-in-law of Mandaue City Mayor Thadeo "Teddy" Ouano, said Dignos's commentaries last July 13, 14, and 17 not only affected her but also her family, especially her ailing father.

In his radio program "Birada," Dignos reportedly said the mayor has sexual relations with Cheryl.
