sa ako opinion wala jud au pldt dsl, sa ccustomer service nlang daan dugay kaau manubag, nya sa connection, hinay kaau, nya dagko kaau ug lag sa speed, duha aku dsl connection, PLDT sa shop kay naaman libre PC sa ila promo last time, dn globe sa balai, minimal ra jud kaau ang ako problema sa globe, nya stable pa jud kaau ang through-put sa ila speed.

yeah ur right bro PLDT sucks poor Customer Service specially 172378 dugay kaayo actionan kung naa ka problema pareho karon 2 days nko wala DSL sa shop gi report nko cge lang pasalig na mo ari kno sila pero wala gyod pa eta luge nko og duha ka adlaw , Pareho ra sd ta ug suliran bro PLDT sa Shop og Globelines Broadband sa house kung napa lang line sa globelines sa shop nako mo transfer gyod ko ba.

Cguro ang computer or connection ang problem.

I realized that DIFFERENT PLACES, DIFFERNT PROBLEMS
If naa problem dapit sa inyu lugar, just contact the provider about the problem of the particular area. Not everyone is affected in that kind of problem.


And also check the computer's settings,
Check the computer's network configuration
check the computer's modem
check the line...

If problem you can't handle the connection problem try ask the provider, if no one responses,
try swarm their phones, call everyday or call every hour, just keep in contact.... be wise.

i guess this is a fair assessment...maybe in some areas, service is ok...i'll give you that...but basing on the general consensus of this thread, i think there are more bad things stated than the good.
