Even Poe's side called Garci. A lot of politicians called Garci. Why focus to PGMA? Is it because she won? Maybe Poe's effort to cheat was not enough.
can you present some lines? transcripts of the supposed conversation?
Kami nag speculate by using the captured recordings... kamo nag speculate using what?

Yeah your madam president may get away with it today... i don't know next year or the year after next. But in public opinion he is guilty... even you, i assume can't defend her in public. Just like here... where we don't go through the rules of court. Coz as far as i remember... no pro-GMA has even prove that indeed she did not cheat even using common sense. They just also keep on harping.
    - Just prove it in court. (this is not the court)
    - That are just speculations (aren't we all speculating here)
    - Who does not cheat anyway? (as if cheating is not a crime)

Oh well even a bishop finds no wrong in cheating maybe you can excused in finding no fault in GMA's cheating.
Still the same idiotic reply, eh? No matter how you keep harping that "GMA needs to prove her innocence", it won't change the fact that it's the other way around--that it's her accusers who need to prove her guilt, by solid, uncontrovertible, concrete evidence of their accusations. Otherwise she remains the legitimate president of this country, and every post of yours in this regard will only further expose your thorough ignorance of the law and of legal processes. 'nuff said.

but again we are not in the legal battle here... we are here discussing about the issues.
we are not in the under the court of law... we are in the public arena... we just present ideas here... not necessarily acceptable in courts.

yeah... it just shows your brilliance on the law and the legal process. and in here we are suppose to respect each others opinion. and it shows your lack of respect for ideas of others.

I heard all the conversation in the other tape. Hello Garci tape was edited (by the opposition) but the other tape was not edited. Garci received a lot of calls from this idiot politicians from the opposition too. Too bad lang the cheating of the opposition was not enough.

lagi... please give us a link where we can listen to it. and the transcripts of what you said was the conversation.

if what you said is true... then prosecute also those people involve in cheating. why are they not prosecuted? Because cheating in the elections is not a crime?

actually bai omad... mura wala man jud onta ta lalisan dinhi... kay again ako question... ngano wala man sila ni make og stand pareho sa panahon ni marcos. did get what i mean regarding the comparison?the difference between now compared to Marcos' and Erap's time was both events were on tri media when the election count happened (Marcos) and when the impeachment process happened (Erap). the church just went with the flow kinda "dawat lang ug limpyo" on both occasions and showed their unequivocal support -- jumping the bandwagon -- to Cory's and GMA's camp when the people's verdict became clear. while with the Garci tape, it was way after GMA won the elections that it surfaced. that's the catch. it's not that Class A and B blah blah blah rhetoric of yours.. 'coz for sure if that tape came out in the eve of GMA's landslide win, I think it would be another ballgame. other people would be asking FPJ to step down right about now..

but that window of opportunity has already passed, if the impeachment case will prosper then so be it. I don't think there's a need for it to be discussed to death here. all we can do is wait. I hope you guys can do that like what we're doing right now.

O.T. I don't want this thread to become another GMA vs ERAPOT: I think you just did.. about a couple of posts back..
Shut Up! Let your GAME do the talking!

my point is... what's the difference between cheating during the time of Marcos and the cheating discovered through the Garci tape? None right... but I agree with you... they could have just go with the flow. They can't take on a concrete stand.

OT: I think you just did.. about a couple of posts back..
OT: well i have no choice but to try to explain to you why I compared the cheating done by Marcos and GMA. Did I mention ERAP on my first post?
