You people keep harping on these supposed "technicalities", yet you have failed to elaborate on what these "technicalities" even are. "Technicalities" are simply the opposition's defensive labeling of the law to excuse their own incompetence to pursue legal battles.

isn't it obvious what technicalities i was referring to? wasn't the first ammended impeachment complaint was scrap based on the issue that there was a prior complaint filed thus the scrapping of it... that's technicality right? Just like the votation wether to open the 2nd envelope or not.

With regards to labeling... mind you, it's not only the opposition that is using it... it is also the administration.

the present situation lacks some or all the factors. the present president is not that bad as of the previous two. this is debatetable but i don't want to dwell on it. second, who's going to replace her? this one is also debatable. lastly the present climate have not reach, and will never reach the critical mass that will force people to take the street. there's no 'second envelope.'

Last year, when House of Reps thrashed the impeachment, Malacanang said that the issue has been closed. A year after it is still hounding them and it intensifies more.

I would just let Malacanang and its supporters say everything is over. They are free to say that. Only time will tell when will the legitimacy issue of GMA will be over.
