win-win situation ragud. naa ramana sa hr nga mopasabot sa foreign boss kung maayo ba ang gibuhat sa employee. basta mositdown langjud sa bosing unya backup sad sa hr kung ang hr dili sipsip sa employer nga kaayohan sad sa iya kapwa pilipiino.
usa nga companya kanang naa sa balamban. sige sila padala tawo japan training. after 2 years sa contract tuana ang uban sa singapore shipbuilding.
