i agree with akira ^^ haha equal ra ang sweldo oi kng entry level mo haha besides that no comment haha ^+^ we can't deny that there are "gahi" in their on way and I believe every individual is unique.. equal oppurtunities are given.. it depends on how u see it.. ^_^ xempre common sense will tell u that dili same ang ihatag na oppurtunities sa manager to ASE but both are given opportunities and that makes it equal.. ^_^

but personally, i think.... sakto ghapon si dennisjade... no such thing as equality....
even the thing they call "equal opportunity"....still isn't equal....there are still gaps..biases..it can be personal bias....from higher management...or from certain policies....
basta...can't further elaborate..you'll know the difference once you're there...you'll eventually "feel" it... though some may not notice the "inequality"...you just need to be keen...be vigilant..be observant.. after all...it's a survival of the fittest...although we're all friends..and we treat each other right.. but then again... it is still a battlefield...battlefield of knowledge...of carrier growth...and that anything could happen in a battlefield... ^_^ you know what i mean...
