Yes to Divorce Bill
No to Divorce Bill
I vote for YES. It should be legalized.
1. Divorce should be legalized as an ultimate solution to marriage problems.
2. You entered into marriage on your own volition, now that you want out, you can't? That is stupid.
3. Marriage under the law is the result of emotional bonds a between man and woman, when the emotional bond is broken and meaningless, you cannot separate under the law?
4. Legal separation is the most stupid thing I've ever heard. You are separated but you are still married?
legal separation kay wa man lagi divorce!!! hahahay!!! pass the divorce bill now!!!
pwerting daghana sigurong congressista ug senador mag divorce noh?
YES to divorce and NO to hypocrites.
pugson ba nato ang dli mada? unsa ta, mga masokista?
dli kuno ta mag inipokrito dre b. maayo kay ta anang mga hinam-is nga pulong ai. sa mailad lng
IMO, marriage is not an assurance nga kamo gyd sa kahangturan. naa man ganiy mga ga-live in ra nga mas lig-on pas mga minyo.
aw kung d na gyud mada ang marriage nganung pugson pagyud..
hala divorse na...
muubos pud siguro incidence of domestic violence ani. katong mga abusadong bana... divorce dayon! nganong mag antos pa man?
Grounds for divorce
Ursua said there are also more specific and quantifiable grounds for divorce.
These include:
1) separation in fact: parties separated for 5 years wherein reconciliation is highly improbable;
2) legal separation for at least 2 years wherein reconciliation is highly improbable;
3) when the grounds for legal separation cause the irreparable breakdown of the marriage;
4) psychological incapacity; and,
5) when parties suffer from irreconcilable differences that cause the irreparable breakdown of the marriage.
I say YES....
These "Divorce Bill" has its limitations and bases before divorce can be done...kung di na jud kaya and highly improbable ang reconciliation, nganu pugson pa man...kung ingnon na to nga luoy ang bata kung magbuwag, mas luoy ang bata kung mustay pa sa usa ka family wherein the parents are fighting....
having parents fighting not understanding each other is much more traumatic than having them separated with legal terms and agreements...
