hi.. what are the requirements for a lost passport? na misplaced mangud ang passports namo sa akong daughter which was issued last 2008..how much?what assisitance could you give? any HK and sidetrip macau package(cathay pacific-hotel in HK) for this dec? we are around 6 persons pero 2 or 4 ra avail sa cathay pacific) this is with disneyland and ocean park tickets..
