Is your wifi network for internal use? is there a need to control their traffic going to the internet? Does RCST provide the NAT? How about this?

If you want to control internet access for your wifi then my suggestion wont work.

Tnx Bro Tamblot...no my WiFi network is for my external guests and I dont want them to have an access to my admin network therefore my wifi has a different subnet without much rules/policy not like my admin and traffic wise they have bandwidth allotted for them. In this case I have 3 NIC on my ISA.

Your suggestion, its also a good option..at least no need for me to add 1 more NIC & setting up more configuration to my ISA ...but the thing is the WiFi users can't use cache feature and you can't control the bandwidth as well if you will not go through ISA. Thanks

If you have some budget to spend, you can go for ASA 5500. Muscled and mightier than PIX.
