Contest will be headed by IPC and here are guidelines

Driving as One IAC Photo Contest 2010
August 13-14-15 CICC

Eligibility
The Photo Contest is open to all amateur and professional photographers of the Philippines. Registration is FREE.
Theme: On location, we will give you theme at the event
Entries/Mechanics
1. To join, applicants are required to download the entry form from THIS LINK. Print and fill out the form. You will be required to submit this together with your entries.
2. All Photos submitted as entries must be taken within the contact dates, August 13 – 14 2010. Deadline of submission of entries is on August 14, 2010 6:00PM
3. Pictures must be colored or black & white.
4. Photos must be shot in raw format.
5. Entries must be in 8 x 10 prints mounted on the black side of a 10 x 12 illustration board. Entries must be free of any identifying marks, watermarks or any markings.
6. Submit your mounted prints together with their corresponding jpeg and RAW files inside a CD or DVD. Entries without corresponding jpeg and RAW files will be automatically disqualified.
7. Each photographer is LIMITED TO TWO (2) entries only and FREE of Charge.
Digital Manipulation
1. The following are acceptable digital manipulation.
- Adjustments to color, contract, brightness and sharpness
- Removal of dust and scratches
- Cropping
- Black and white conversions.
2. The following digital manipulation is not allowed.
- Composite photos (combination of two or more photos).
- The addition, duplication, deletion or moving of objects in photos.
- Infra Red Photos
Display
- The top 50 finalists will be displayed in a photo gallery in CICC on August 15, 2010 (Sunday)
- Entries will only have randomly assigned numbers.
- Judging of the top 3 winners and top 10 finalists will be done in the afternoon of August 15, 2010 (Sunday)
Prizes
1st Prize – 5,000
2nd Pize – 3,000
3rd Prize – 2,000

Judging
1. The criteria for judging are
- Image quality (sharpness, exposure and lighting)
- Composition
- Relevance to the theme.
2. The top 50 finalists will be displayed in a photo gallery at the CICC on August 15, 2010.
3. Judging of the winners will be done in the afternoon of August 15, 2010 (Sunday) at the Photo Gallery display at CICC.
4. The decision of the Board of Judges shall be final.
Winning Entries
All entries judged as finalists and winners shall become the property of the Federation of Auto Clubs, Cebu (FACC) and cannot be reproduced or reprinted by any other publication without the permission of FACC. Photographers will be given photo credits every time the picture will be published.
Deadline
- Deadline for submission of all entries is at 6PM on August 14, 2010 (Saturday).
- Submit your entries to the iStorya.Net Photography Club Booth at CICC.
