It's really dissapointing when restaurants deliver bad service to hungry customers! It was past 9pm which was way over dinner time and we decided to dine at Mesa The Terraces Ayala Center Cebu. Kapig outs E, Ciege, Edd, Onyot, Greg, Kara , Homer and I entered the door and seated ourselves.
