sakto si LM guys dako ang sweldo sa software development.. starting nko 2007 kay 16k nya mu dako pa jud na kada tuig.

mo hirit ko kay ECE man sad kuno ko, hehehe... pero wah nakoy renew2x since nawagtang akong wallet (uban tanan mga id's and licenses) way back in 2004...

ang ako lang masulti, depende ra jud og naa puy swerte2x... ECE tuod ko but never had luck nga nanrabaho sa "field" nako... kapila ko nangaply sa globe or smart wah jud ko tagda...

unang companya nako (circa 2003, kalimot nako pila minimum murag 220 man guro toh) bukot2x nga lens company dha sa mepz 1 haskang pwerte ka minimum kaha ang sweldo... and to think, licensed ko...

after 2 weeks, na swertehan ko og nadawat sa wire harness company sa mepz 2, arang2x gamay pero gamay ghapon ang sweldo (7.9k to be exact)...

ni abot ang 2006, nanumpad ko sa manila og nag call boy (call center agent) kay na dungog lagi nga daku sweldo og dali ra maka sulod kay tungod sa demand... aw, daku2x jud nuon unya night pa jud naay night diff pero ni undang ko kay d mada pwerteng kapuya jud ang call boy... pero in fairness, ni survive kog almost 3 years, hehehe...

unya since 2009, ni sulod ko sa field sa IT, og karon murag feeling nako naa diri akong swerte, kay murag ok naman ko sa akong trabaho ron, so far, ginhawa naman...


pasensya kay taas, =)) but as a summary, wala jud relation sa ECE (in direct terms) sa akong mga gi agi-an... IT is the only one closest to a thing that can be related to "ECE" profession...

im a comp. eng kung ako naa sa side nmo part, experience lang sah, and advice nko more sa communication nlng imo i focus pwede p ka ma IT as LAN/ network specialist...

there is a team of ECEs nga puro bisdak now working in afghanistan setting up com links for a US agency. dako daw sweldo pero....dangerous pud. i heard they were recruited here in central visayas a few years ago.
