hmm pwede sad.. i think, dili na ibalik ang ROTC ky kapila na ni nga attempts. unya unsa daw? pangwarta lang pud ni sya? kinsa daw ang madato? ang kanang magorganize? usik lang sa kwarta.. usik lang sa panahon. may pa ipanglaag at least we enjoy what we reaped!

i think they mean that the hardship builds character in some people, which i agree but i also disagree because i think this is the primary responsibility of the parents. i don't believe in government intervention...

haha.. but again, it can also instill discipline in some people, where parents have failed. nevertheless i'm against this again because i don't believe in government interference. we should favor smaller government and greater personal responsibility. i think self-discipline is in everybody, it is up to us to decide whether we want to be successful or not. that way people who fail, deserve to fail and people who succeed will succeed by their own merits.
