    I would put the blame to our government for letting this happen, they blocked other airlines before which made PAL the ONLY option for flyers.

    Na shock sad ko nga gamay ra diay ang sweldo sa ilang cabin crew kai i heard sa cebu pacific dako daw ilang sweldo, mga 20k a month.
    Liman ka ilang sweldo per month, dili pana limpyo kai 10k ra diay?
    pero its the prestige and glamor ilang gi apas.. dili sad baya basta2x lang jud maka sulog og Crew sa PAL, grabe kaayu sila sa ilang hiring, slight scar reject gyud dayun. Gwapa gyud ni ilang mga stewardess.
    It's their opportunity to travel lang pud, including pa ilang immediate family na heavy discounted if mu larga.

    Why are they talking about profit nga in the first place ila mang obligasyon ang welfare sa ilang pilots, they forgot to understand nga ang pilots are part of their economics...or pehaps the most vital one.

    monopoly lagi! but nag deregulate naman sila. that is why cebu pacific, zest air etc nakasulod na. It's between management and the employees na karon.

    agree!!!! Ilang pabaya.an ang pilots nila aw mas daghan ilang alkanse. Nag salig man gud ni sila sa contrata nga 5 years dapat ang stay sa pilot unya liman ka 6 months ka dapat mu tender sa imong resignation? dugaya ana oe.

    maybe in the next CBA they can ask for shorter contracts. labi na sa mga senior pilots. pero katong mga new pilots, 5 years. kay dili lalim ang training costs pud nila.
