btaw if ako mo decide, if more or less the same ra price nila i'd ko ASUS but if lau jd difference sa price MSI ko. besides who know man when or what causes malfunctions if mo deperensya man gani, mao btaw purpose warranty... unless lang siguro if its a well know guba sa series or watever then i'd stay away from it. so far ok raman reviews for both...

i'd go for MSI, i think less than 10k price niya compare sa Asus Crosshair na 15k+ something
bang for the buck jud MSI and kick ass kaayo design 
unya mas nice mag OC sa type sa BIOS sa MSI not like Asus na Tab type ba unya dili ma calculate dayon ang mga frequency niya manual paka calculate
@FU: what's wrong with the GD70 ninyo? i'm using value mobo also from MSI and it's running very well man.
note: dili ko fan bro ha base on experience lang sa Asus and MSI mobo na ako nagamit i don't know lang sa BIOS sa Crosshair kung auto calculate naba siya.

based sa mga reviews sa Crosshair, naa issue ang iya NB heatsink.. mo overheart kay wala ni dikit, kinahanglan pa nimo tanggalon nya ibalik taod cguraduhon nga mo dikit na sya.. daghan ni reklamo ani ma basa nimo sa newegg..
