I have a DVD player given to me by my brod from states with REGION 1 code only (not a region free DVD player as sold in our stores)

Here's the problem:
Can you help me how to burn a DVD video with Region 1 settings?
or is there any DVD burner with Region 1 choice?

Bro thanks for the comment but the manual says:
The region number of this DVD video player is 1. If region
numbers, which stand for their playable area, are printed on
your DVD video disc, make sure the disc plays region 1 or
ALL . Otherwise playback will not be allowed by the player (In
this case, the DVD video player will display the message.)

Need to burn a Region 1 DVD video
