dghan na daw sila giHire na agents na gikan sa inbound na accts from different centers, ending ngAWOL
giingnan nalang naku xia na 'im not an experienced outbound agent. .and that i prefer inbound'
ingon ra man xia na ipadaplin lang sah nya akng application and when the time comes na they'll be needing inbound reps. .manawag daw xia
