mag problima jud ang banga mamaligya kay wamay commission... same rana nga principle sa uban companies like Globe, Smart, San Miguel and so on... No offense but if nahan ang tao ug relax ra kaau ang trabaho... naa man daghan opening cguro sa post office... haha

actually, mahulog man ug telemarketing imo job sa ELI (was an employee before), yes naay commission but from what i understood is that naa may quota per month so that you will get ur commission else, basic pay ra jd imo makuha...i never came back after i got sick while on duty (but it has nothing to do w/ ELI) because nawala ako motivation, kapoyan ko sa idea sige ug buwa2 imo baba mamaligya sa magazines and cge lang ka hang up while nag storya pa ka or not interested ang tubag sa imo kastorya...then layo-an na pd ko kay 3 jeepney rides man gd ko every day kung trabaho ko...so in a way kapoyan pd ko...

yes lingaw ang environment kay tungod lax ra jd ang mga peeps bah (cool ra kau), but reality check lang for me, trabaho baya ni and bati pd kau di ka maka kuha ug commission ha...hehehehe...maskin unsaon pa nimu ug panindot sa imo tingog, kung dili jd maminaw imo natawagan, wala jd...IN SHORT, mahug nga swerte2 ra jd ning maka baligya ta...he he he...

sa ako experience with my batch, if no experience ka i think 10,500-11k/month ang ioffer nila nimu but if naa nakay callcenter experience, ila offer kay 12,500 (w/c is what i got)...sakto jd, pang single ra jd ning sweldoha...

ila shift dire usually kay fixed, kay mag dungan tanan ug break or lunch, then sat/sun ang off (so far)...

im just sharing my short experience w/ eli, wala koy intention mang daot, dili man xa bati na company, i just felt that telemarketing is not my bread and butter...so it's up to you guys...good luck sa mga nang apply...
