    based on experience bro pwede di siya mahitabo, like for example moresign ka ang last salary nimo is considered part na sa imo last pay apil na sa tanan like SL/VL conversions, 13th month pro rated, tax refund and etc, which means makuha lng nimo after nimo maprocess imo clearance depends sa company how long they will release it. but in your case i think gituyo sad to nila although bisag pede pa, ila gituyo kay gusto man kaha unta nila iextend imong contract? if ganahan ka mo seek ug legal advice sulay adto sa public attorney's office

    actually. the companies I mentioned mana ko diha. jp will be for my future. U talked as if unsay gepang hambug sad nimu n ur company.     That's what happened to me. I told them my plans about leaving the company, my contract ended July 29, but my account manager "MS. NIMFA" told me that they would actually extend my contract for two more weeks, but I told them the truth so at least they can look for a replacement with my account.

    My batch mates actually ended their contracts too. We are all actually on the same page since agents are contractual.. the only reason that they can give me why my pay for this payday was hold was bec, my contract ended. which is B**LS**T! When you reach the cut-off u always get ur pay for that cut-off. I would understand if the last pay should be given a month later but not my pay for this cut-off. I didn't go on awol, that so called "boss JAMIL" made the decision of holding our salaries. GOODLUCK TO THE APPLICANTS.IF U WANT TO BE A PART OF THE MESS. .. BUT LWSMEDIA. SAY HELLO TO DOLE! AND ALL THE PEOPLE INVOLVED!

    go to DOLE and teach them a lesson, not to mess with your rights.
