sa opinion lang nako, dapat tanan drivers karon should be tested for drugs na kanang blood jud, dili urine para mabasa jud ug tarong ang result. and also mubalik ug exam (written and practical) tanan aron makita kung kapasar ba ug dili. kung di kapasar, aw imbarguhon ang licensya. aron makat-on sa tarong na pamaagi ang tanan drivers.

dapat sad tarong ug linya, traffic lights, traffic officers, vehicle inspection during renewal of registration and the system itself tarong, dili kay pwede ra bayran.

i was a victim of a taxi driver's foolishness. i was slowing down for a yellow turning into a red light. when i was about to stop at the line najud, it turned red. for a few seconds, i was looking around kay stop man. then this dumb taxi driver beats the red light and crashes into me. perting nakong lupara intawn. luckily, i did not suffer from any serious injury kay tarong man akong safety gears. sa mga mag motor, ayaw jud tawn ang-anga ang helmet, gloves ug unsa pa diha na safety gears kay importante kaayo. ang excuse sa taxi driver, nagdali daw siya kay iya pasahero, minglanilla pa unya gikan pa daw airport, nagdali siya.

let's all remember that a yellow is either telling to slow down for the red light or to get ready for the green.

there should also be a proper implementation of speed limits and there should be officers at random areas with speed guns para maiwasan ang aksidente especially in the province where buses, mini-buses and v-hires are going at each other para makakuha lang una sa pasahero. pataka lang raba jud ug overtake. pa-ila lang wala na tarong ug educate sa mga badlis sa dan.

Ah crap, I can't tell if some of the accidents in the video were caused by some faulty cars or by sheer stupidity. But my mind concludes that, well, sheer stupidity.

By the way, let me plug this video from youtube that I have seen ages ago before youtube was even created. It's about seatbelts, and being responsible passengers. I've shown this to so many people already, hope this helps too on you guys:

i also have to stress out na dapat ang babies naa jud sa back seat and should be in a baby car seat jud. too many times nakakita ko sa cebu ang mga bata naa sa front seat unya ang inahan utro sad na wala nag seat belt.
