bro, check the BIOS. look for something about videocard priority related.. katu naa option na select asa una mangita mangita ug videocard, sa PCIE, Onboard or PCI.
while your in BIOS check sad ug setting about pwede ba i disable ang onboard videocard.
report back unsa imo findings....

bro unsay model sa imng hp? Try update sa iyang BIOS.
I have worked on many HP systems i could help you out but i dont understand bisaya or else i can give you some guidelines or tip.. though wot i can understood n say as per ur question you check with RAM, HSF & display card, flush BIOS also check Display priority in BIOS.. i wish it may help you..
try to check for possible blotted or busted capacitor with the vcard or the motherboard that maybe one of the cause..![]()
