    crunches and cardio.. bsag unsaun nimo og crunches, di jd makita ang abs bsta napay fats.. ang rectus abdominis naa man sa ilalum. mu porma na cya, pero di visible unles ma burn ang fats. cardio at least 30 mins moderate intensity on an empty stomach. meaning kanang wa pay kaon or at least 2 hrs after sa last meal. b consistent and patient.

    patience is a virtue.. way dali.ay, makita ra lagi na ang abs..
    mawala lang pod kung mu lax ka sa exercise mo..

    dapat di lang ta mag exercise kay nag.apas na munindot ang lawas. (mapul.an ta ana)
    mag exercise ta tungod kay love nato ato health! secondary na na ang sexiness chu chu..hehehe
