I repaired my phone there once also last year, a samsung d800. after i claimed the unit, the girl told me that I need to replace the battery due to an indicator that showed its already defective. before I surrendered my phone to them, I clearly checked everything and the indicator showed okay. And she told me that they replaced it na daw and thrown away the old one, and charged it on my bill. Now how can I insist on checking my old battery if they claim to have thrown it. Aerophone's owner should look into its people and service. DTI should close that shop down.

look for christine joy sia or jheng caballera of SM Cebu bro, they will assist you on investigating the customer service of aerophone. they work at the leasing department of SM Cebu.
