I think when there is too much emotion and not much thought behind the act, you do stupid things just because we were in love and wanted to make our sweetie happy. It's not wrong to do something dumb for love, and sometimes you might discover a whole new hobby or something fun just because you were willing to be "stupid" and try (fill in the blank adet ow.. hehehe) for the sake of your relationship.

pero being in love, or even thinking you're in love, is no excuse for being irresponsible or engaging in risky behavior. Even worse is when you wake up one day and realize that the stupid thing you've done for love is give up a big part of who you are and what you believe to be right.

We all want to be loved by someone. It's human, and doing stupid things to earn that love - or keep a loved ones' interest - is normal. But when stupid crosses the line into dangerous or emotionally or physically detrimental, it's time to wake up and get smart!

sometimes we get blinded by love...we tend to follow wat our heart says and ignore wat our mind is telling us...we tend to be bias and let our feelings conquer us...so most of the time thats wer we go wrong...

Reasons? I think when we're inexperienced or unenlightened and being weak (no will and guts) we do stupid things out of love. Here's my question, is dying for the one you love considered stupidity? e.g. saving your loved one resulting you getting killed
