The local exotics:
-Earthworms dipped in balsamic vinegar with tomatoes, bird's-eye chilli and onions.
-Freshwater mussells boiled in coconut milk with tons of garnish and chilli.
The weirdest one:
-Some blokes bloody limb or torso (arm or a leg, no joke). Burned to a crisp on a earthern fire wrapped in banana leaves, then rubbed with salt. A very rare event and even rarer delicacy. To experience the dine (and being the one dined upon), is a once in a lifetime experience. Also something i bloody do hope i won't experience again, nor i would wanna end up to later. A trully "gastronomical experience / disaster" you'll ever have. Either you being the one's eating, or worse, the one's eaten...
It's to DIE for, literally...
I got to have this experience during one of my travel research studies, way back when i was doing my post-grad.
dli mn tawn ni exotic sa ato ning gipost sa TS oi,...hehehehe![]()
Tanan exotic food dili aphrodisiacs its only a myth and not proven. Its just a marketing gimmick.
