    for the experts and masters.. i do sit-ups is it necessary to put your hands behind your head and do it.. kay ako buhaton gud is either akong mga kamot mag touch sa akong dunggan then once mag start nako usahay malayo na akong kamot mga 2 inches away sa dunggan... and all i have is a dumbell with 35lbs total weights each 11 reps 4 sets per day.. unsay nindot na buhaton? i mean mao rana ako equipment gud hehehe

    Deltoids man kaha imo pasabot brad? klaro naman ka au na gud if wa kay tambok.. Nuon ang Traps pud lahi. Gamay gyapon cguro ka bai? Basig porma raka.. mao na ka pait sa traps. d ma klaro unless dako2x ka.. mga medium imong build.. Or basig nag overtrain pud ka sa imo traps?
