nice video... i was toured before sa FUJITSU hard drive factory sa laguna and grabe gyud ang pag assemble sa hard drive...
mano mano diay dyapon ang pag himo sa mobo... still uses manpower to install the ICs...
i think it was shown in the video that ICs were installed by machines.
like the north/south bridge chips, sata and audio controllers, etc.
the manual part was on the installation of plastic components like the mem slot, pci/pci-e slot, i/o ports, power connectors and heatsinks.
sakto bro. not all kailangan automated naa jud manual involved. so far sa akong na kit.an na mga electronics company naa gihapon manual process.
nindot ni sa testing hehehe sweto kaau ni sila mo OC gamit ani na board.. haha
apply ko og human highspeed chip placer.
i dont think naa sila kabalak-an na makita sa uban competitors ang video, coz sa im sure the other companies also do the same thing at this procedures. unless lang siguro if gipakita ang layering and layout sa pcb aw lahi na siguro na. mas lisod man ang pag layout compare sa pag taud na sa mga parts and the QC kai once the pcb is etched, d na pwede na usbon... and sa gidak-on ang ka complicated sa smd, capacitors, connectors etc sa mb, i think klaro man daan which ones are done by machine and which were done by hand or kaya manual labor...

mga outer processes ra man ang gipakita sa video so dili ni maka affect nila with their competitors.
