For 9 years, I don't think the Philippines and the lives of Filipinos had progressed. This is why I think majority of the Filipinos will not believe anyone defending the previous administration. Then because of all the allegations of corruptions which are more believable to have been committed and because of non-transparency of the previous administration, it is much much easier to trust P.Noy now.

Anyone who defends the previous administration will never be trusted by the majority simply because of two things: that administration prevented transparency and that it did a lot of unethical actions using loopholes in the laws.

I believe that those who are already throwing negative opinion on P.Noy, even as early as the first month of his presidency, were either those few who were benefitting from the previous administration, those who were disadvantaged when the Marcos regime was toppled by Cory, or those who will be disadvantaged by a corruption-free administration. Those are the minority now. Fortunate for some sympathizers, I think their lives will get better also under P.Noy. But not for those who will be proven guilty of crimes and will be severely punished.

tan awa ra... ma misunderstood nuon sa uban tao.. dili man wala budget..nagasto lng daw ug sobra..
ug sayup ug wala bidding.. but according to elena bautista..naa pa daw ang kwarta ug wala ma release ug dili daw posible na wala bidding coz istrikto ug daghan mag reklamo..documented daw tanan..

para nko..sayup si noynoy para i broadcast mga accusation niya.. coz murag libel na..
ug maka cause chaos to ordinary people...huna hunaa wala na budget ang pinas..
daghan mularga abroad ana..ug mag panic withdraw sa ila mga bank accounts..

dapat proper forum...proper dilivery..tama man ipakita una angay buhaton ug pansinun sayup
but dont point fingers...dapat problem sa country as a whole..dili kay insultuhay on specific people!

    tama mo dumot na!

I am praying this country will suceed and be better but the way I see it, PNOY is laying the foundation and bullet proofing himself that when he will fail in his admistration .... He planted the "DON'T BLAME ME blame GMA" kind of thing.

Very transparent kaayo, of course mao gyud nay problema nato, daghang mga politiko ug public servant (kuno) nato nga nangadato tungod sa panerbisyo nato (kuno). Example lang naay pulitiko sa amoa, dihang nahimo siyang mayor pick-up sa lungsod ra gyud iyang service, karon pito na ka buok sakyanan naa pay chevrolet, unya pila ra man tawoy suweldo sa mayor ngano nakapaluho man siya. Mao na bayad2x ta ug tax, wala gyud madapat sa angay dapatan, gipadatu ra nato ang atong mga servants (kuno).
