I do agree.... na swertehan lang jud ko pag ad2 nko sa manila ato nga nakawork jud ko.... but makaluluoy kaau ang uban mga kauban nko labi na tong para sa IBM... grabeha lagi... they're really expecting nga inig abot nla did2 naa na jud work but naa pa diay cla interview... as they call it, reprofile daw... hehehe... then if d ka makapasar, pangitaan nasad ka ug lain account hangtod mahurot... hehehe... luoy kaau cla oiz... manghilak nlang kai wa jud nadawat ug after 1 week you need to find somewhere else to stay kai 1 week ra ang tagal sa ilang retreat house lahi sa ila gipang ingon nga free ang balay....

Hope wala nay madala sa ilang mga atik... hope madakpan na cla kai murag illegal man tingali na ilaha....

guys..what johnmarwel says is true and even more..mild rna na pagka-describe niya..IBM daw..but when they're sure that you are confident you can make it..they WILL find ways to make sure that you go through the 4 processes of operations interview in order for you to be disqualified for the signing bonus..and if ever you do pass the first ops interview..you get the 20,000 after you get regularized..and the rest of the 20,000 after one year..that is provided they don't try to get you to make any offenses during that course of probation period..which i highly doubt they will..

and don't believe when they say they're going to put you under bench training for that particular call center company..because they're not doing it for that company..they're just making you hopeful and misleading you into believing you can still get inside that company..specifically IBM which do retrenchment every week, if the term is right..in the meantime..they will subtly encourage you to try applying for other companies..they'll just give you an endorsement letter and then leave you on your own..when you get hired..you have to text them the exact start date and the account which you will be assigned..that way, they can still get their commission from that company for getting an agent hired without their help, of course.

you will get the 40,000 signing bonus provided you won't have to go through the filter process of at most 4 operations interview..the so-called profiling s**t..if you're good, expect that you will go through 4 operations interview..so the 40,000 will be half and half..20,000 after 6 months and you get regularized..and the other 20,000 after one year..provided after one year they haven't kicked you out of the company or you haven't been terminated yet..or have not resigned..

there's no 26,000 compensation..start is at 16,000 if the interviewer likes you..otherwise it's 14,000 most probably even with experience..there has been tenured agents from cebu who went down from getting very high compensation to literally the rate of a starting agent with no experience whatsoever..it is a big insult to their skills..and i think umiiral na naman ung pagkatagalig nila..ung superiority complex talaga..hanep!!..they're always oh so threatened with cebuano skills

this is all true.... wala man ko kalagot sa P2O kai nakawork man sad ko did2 but it's for my friends there nga nagwork gihapon kai wa nay choice... d kauli kai way kwarta ug maulaw na kai hopeful kaau pag larga then pag uli kai wala rah.... hehehe.... unlike me nga pagka tagak nko sa training, ako dayon gi gamit ang ako training allowance para pamiliti uli.... so to all that has been interviewed by P2O, ayaw nalang mo ug dayon.... magsakit lang inyong dughan ug maghilak ramo did2... life in Manila is not that easy.... tabla rag naghikog....
