    if you want to gain mass... whey protein is the best way but not better than steroids of course.. but if u want a cheaper supplement you can try AMINO 2222 or AMINO 2000.. use it before and after workout.. but if you can afford it.. try to use it 5 times a day.. 2 before and after workout.. then 1 tablet before every meals..

    meron bang nakaka alam dito kung pwede mag (IM) sa pagamit ng moriamin s2?.. (IV) kasi xa.. Moriamin is a liquid form of amino acid in a 20ml ampule..
