dollar symbols on the screen, any advise?

mga bros good morning...my galaxy 98oogt 512mb naulian gabii until now i hope madugay dugay pani cya.
ako lang gisuwayan ug tang tang ang heatsink then gibalik rasad nako pero ako gihugtan pag-ayo ang screws. my problem now is init kaayo ako GPU temperature standby mode is 75 then kung moplay ko ug games kay moabot ug more than 120 then the extreme tuner hd momessage nga my temperature is too high. any suggestions nasad mga bro para moubos ang temperature and will be the normal temperature for the GPU. thanks again and more power mga istoryans...

when i turn on my computer the dollar symbols will appear on the screen and it will not continue to open the windows. but when am running in safe mode it will continue to boot up windows. i tried to update the video card drivers but its still the same. i can continue only to normal mode if i will uninstall the vga driver. any advise or anybody have tried this problem? i cant play any games anymore....please advise any solutions

my gaming rigs specs:
msi p45 mobo
9800gt 512mb ddr3
2x2gb gskill ddr2 memory
silverstone 600 watts PSU

if you have an internet access on another pc. try downloading "sdfix".use a flash drive to put it in your safe mode computer. its just a small program that resets your registry and kills virus and trojans on safe mode

use safemode with command prompt and try running the "runthis.bat" file on the sdfix folder. pm me if this helps. if you can take photos of the screen with the dollar sign pm it to me.

@jodencio bro thanks for the advise but when I google the sdfix i found out that there is no compatible for windows 7, if you have one can you send it thru my email mcbutch_69@yahoo.com.

thanks mga masters sa istoryan as of now nafix ako VC I already replace the old thermal paste then it went dow to 50-55 for not playing games and 65-80 if playing games. thanks top all the support and advise...modz please close solve my problem already...thanks
