Our department is looking for Technical Support Specialist

- Extensive Knowledge in TCP/IP
- Knowledge in Data Cabling Standards
- Knowledge and experience on working with Remote Control Tools
- Experience with Network Analysis, Troubleshooting and Problem Solving Techniques
- Must be able to walk and end user through as many scenarios as possible to find the root cause to common issues related to hardware and software
- Demonstrate attention to details, Team player, self motivated
- Willing to work on shifts and has clean understanding of 24/7 helpdesk operation
- with at least 1 year experience as a Technical Support Specialist or Helpdesk
- MCDST or A+ certification is a plus
- Must have above average communication skills
