this is an excellent idea. walking is one of the best form of exercise and will not cost you anything other than a good pair of walking shoes. not only that your doing something good for your body and health but it's also a fun thing to do and a great way to socialize. naa pa ko diha, apil gyud ko. this is so much better than doing those stupid way of losing weight.
