What we want is to know, how loud is indeed loud?
With the way things are going, it is purely subjective. What is loud to you, could be acceptable for others.

What if, before they start apprehending, they buy themselves DB meters. Then, create a law that sound emitted from mufflers is allowed only up to a certain decibels. Beyond that, would mean apprehension.

My point is, REGULATE - Do Not ELIMINATE.

We are just consumers. We buy what is out in the market.
If it wasn't allowed, how come they allow it to be sold?
