Lingam massage "not bringing a good name to Cebu"

Drive around certain sections of the city beginning at 9 p.m. and you’ll see what I mean. Try walking from Gen. Maxilom Ave. near the old Rustan’s building to the corner of Juana Osmeña and Aboitiz Sts. about that time and I’ll tell you how big a liar you are if you say you haven’t met a girl or her pimp offering you a “good time.”

Cruise along Jakosalem St. starting at the corner of Sanciangko St. then turn left to P. del Rosario St. up to the corner of Osmeña Blvd. and consider yourself lucky if you’re not chased by pimps vending cheap thrills.

All these soliciting activities are done every night. Unless they’re blind, the moralists see these. The police certainly know these. So why isn’t anyone decrying these open acts of prostitution? Why hasn’t anyone at City Hall proclaimed that he/she has not issued a license for these nocturnal activities? What is sauce for the gander isn’t sauce for the goose?

LAPU-LAPU City Mayor Paz Radaza ordered a tight watch on spas and massage parlors in the city, following the discovery of an indecent massage service being offered at a “lingam” parlor in neighboring Mandaue City.
Radaza said spas and massage parlors thrive in Lapu-Lapu, being Cebu’s gateway for foreign and local visitors.

It was the Cebu Provincial Women’s Commission that identified the “lingam” parlor in Mandaue City, whose female attendants also allegedly had *** with the male customers.
During a press conference yesterday, the mayor said she is alarmed by the controversy and has directed the City Health Office to tighten its inspection of spas and massage parlors.

Ordinance
“Sobra na gyud kadaghan (massage parlors and spa centers) sa Lapu-Lapu. We are looking into this,” she said, adding she will ask the City Council to draft a regulatory ordinance on the number of spas and their operations.
Cebu Gov. Gwen Garcia is calling for the regulation, if not stoppage of the lingam service, or the massage of the man’s organ, in some spas, saying this kind of massage may lead to prostitution.

Lingam therapy has gained popularity since it is believed to be a preventive therapy for elderly male clients who are having prostrate problems.
Radaza said she will not hesitate to close spas or massage parlors that offer indecent services.

Obviously they need to do solid research on lingam massage (and its related massages) by reading the articles at WhiteLotusEast.com. They should also consider getting solid knowledge from author Richard Crasta, an expert on such issues.

naa ra daw to palita sa national bookstore... try to ask or look for it online.... worth it man sad kung mahal kai lingaw paka then it could be a bonding time with your wife... hehehe.... I'm not that knowledgeable about that... wa man gani ko kasulay.... sauna kai nahan ko sulay when I first heard about it but murag d ma kaya sa konsensya nga mo gamit... hahaha... wa na jud nuon ko makasulay.... hahaha.... ^_^
