USC might be playing with an 11-man roster, 4 short of the allowed maximum roster sa CeSAFI. Some of those listed in the roster did not comply with the academic or load requirements. But it makes me wonder ngano wala mabantayi before nasubmit ang roster para nailisan na lang unta sa reserves. Sayang kaayo ang 4 slots oi. Belangel, Adlawan, Reyes, Sabio could have been elevated kung nabantayan daan.

They cannot totally pin the blame on that though. Had there been enough internal checks and due diligence on their part, the situation could have been avoided.

Pero bai, just curious. In the case of Saycon last year, a replacement was allowed if my memory serves me right. If I am correct, why is not the same being afforded to the same case this season?
