As i am using Window 7, i have uploaded the driver on my esnips for backup.

Compact Framework 3.5 installation.
1. Make sure phone is sync with ActiveSync /WMDC
2. Run the Net Compact framework 3.5 on your PC
3. Choose Modify, Click Next
4. ( under Custom Setup window)
Click the little + sign beside Netcompact framework v3.5 to reveal the Deployment option, choose Deployment then click Next
5. Check your phone as installation will now continue on your device.
6. choose to install on device (recommended )

to install games simply copy .cab installer on you memory card and run
some .exe installers require that you run it from your PC with the phone sync with Activesync or WMDC.
