it's like this, imo veins kay gamay ra sa para sa needle, once ipugos nila ug sud ang needle ang imo veins kay mo collapse, this will lead to mo bluish imo skin kanang murag bun og... pwedi man ka makadonate but ang mo bleed(insert) sa needle nmo kay kanang expert na or they will use fishing method and for sure double bleeding ka, meaning insertan imo other arm after sa pikas nga arm ika collapse sa vein... but sad to say maski naka sud na ang needle sa imo vein there will be a tym nga mo collapse gihapon na so basn di ma abot sa minimum blood nga angay idonate which 300-350... so kung di gani ma abot ang imo blood ana nga amount it is either discard na or himo on na nla ug reagents... naa koy question, it's related sa gamay ugat thing.. if mgpapasmo ka (like kanang manghugas ka dayon after strenuous activity), will it help para easier nka tuslokan ug dagum?
