water could raised at any instant even reaching at cottages.. well, maybe they've already done something with it..![]()
dili na kay naa na gutter sila gibuhat..
the cottage nga topview with 2 big beds is around 600, usually mao ni among gina-gamit kay daghan man mi kabook adto ngadto
mas maau kung early morning around 4am man ang first trip sa bus, iwas traffic , arrive mo sa badian around 7:30 in the morning or earlier then around 20-30 minutes walk dayon to the falls.
u can bring ur own foods especially drinking water, u can ask also the caretakers to cook for u, just give them the ingredients and instruction and enjoy na lang mo without worrying your next meal. Naa ni siya bayad, i think ang rice kay 15 or 10 per kilo to ang pagluto.. naa pod sila tinolang manok nga bisiya and other fresh fish sa menu..
i was there 5 years ago. pero gamay ra man to among gasto. we didn't rent a room. just a cottage. it was one hell of an experience. there were just three of us, all girls. that was our first time going to kawasan. we didn't have a guide. i think that's what made it fun. we didn't sleep in the bus for two reasons: dili mi gusto malapas and the scenery on the way there was just beautiful!
The hike from main road to the falls, then to the 2nd level, then to the last.... the 3rd level of the falls is an experience you must go through - that is if you go there.
It has been a VERY LONG time since I was there, I think close to 14 years ago.

nIndOT jUD noH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i've always been a fan of freshwater... never really loved swimming in the sea where the icky sand touches my skin and the salty taste staying on my tongue... eew...
Also try the Bonbon waterfalls in Samboan. Still prestine; and has not been diverted to run a hdroelectric engine like Kawasan.
In Samboan, have yourself taken to Bonbon by that omnipresent contraption called tricycle. Look for Barrio Captain Petronilo Balbuena, a very kind man. I am sure Captain Balbuena will have you guided and escorted to Bonbon waterfalls.
I have been there in one of my earlier shoot. I have not yet seen anything like it here in Cebu.
sights on the way to the falls itself
