When you feel like buying a drink, ask yourself. "WILL THIS DRINK REALLY HELP ME WITH MY HEALTH?" If not, I suggest you just buy water. But, water is just water. Find a way to turn it into ALKALINE BASED. Just a similar price of a 1 liter or a 1.5 liter of a softdrink and with the good health benefits, you can make a difference. CHANGE YOUR BRAND before it's too late.

I have always been fond of tea, and even prefer tea to coffee. i drink it hot or cold depending on the time of day. green, black and oolong are some of the most common types. flavored with jasmine, lemon, mint and toasted rice. you can buy it loose, per grams and in tea bags. i even planted mint to flavor my tea.
