for time deposit na php50,000 say tenure is 30 days interest is only 2.5% subject to 20% withholding tax. so computation wise:

50,000 * 2.5% * 30/365 = 102/month * 80% = PHP81.60 NET imo madawat in 30 days.

Before that Legacy news break out, we already knew it was a scam because if you are connected in a Financial Industry, you will know what is the current Economic Trend of the country.
